Property Description

This elegant 1915 Georgian Colonial home sits on a peaceful hill in Seattle's University district. The Chambered Nautilus Inn is located a mere ten minutes from the downtown attractions and a short walk from the University of Washington campus. A gently sloping staircase welcomes guests from the street level up to the gardens and into the antique filled entryway. Each morning begins with a full breakfast, featuring fresh fruit, juice, homemade granola and entrees, including Northwest breakfast pie and rosemary buttermilk muffins or the often requested stuffed French toast with homemade orange syrup and, of course, plenty of fresh roasted Seattle coffee. Sip tea by the fire in the living room, eat fresh baked cookies on the sun porch, or relax with a book from the inn's well stocked shelves. One dog per room is allowed for a fee of $10 per night in a limited number of rooms.
