PowderWood Resort features spacious one , two , and two bedroom loft condominiums with excellent amenities at prices well below comparable properties in town. On site you will find a large heated outdoor pool, hot tub and a three level clubhouse with an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, and big screen TV. Summer guests can enjoy the tennis and volleyball courts. PowderWood is located within eight miles of all Park City ski resorts, within walking distance to the Factory Stores at Park City, and just a short 40 50 minute drive to Alta Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude resorts. Old Town Park City is approximately ten minutes away. A free shuttle service (seasonal is available to guests servicing local restaurants, bars and shopping. This property also features business services, children's activities, fitness facilities, barbecue grills, meeting facilities, complimentary parking, laundry facilities, outdoor deck, and express check in/out.
A four night minimum stay is required for arrival on or during 12/22/04 1/1/05, 1/20/05 1/30/05 and 2/17/05 2/22/05. A two night minimum stay is required for arrival on or during 1/2/05 1/19/05, 1/31/05 2/16/05 and 2/23/05 3/31/05.
