Perfect setting for weddings, corporate meetings/retreats and family reunions. Come experience the Hill Country dining in an elegant lodge atmosphere. Carol's at Cat Spring Restaurant, in Hill Country Texas opened in April 2003. Indoor dining is set in a tasteful atmosphere of white tablecloths, lace curtains, fresh flowers and antiques. For lodging, there are five different antique filled houses to choose from. Horseback riding, catch and release bass fishing, and trap shooting are all on site.
