Only 20 miles north of the city of Rochester, MN, on the edge of the village of Zumbro Falls is the Burr Oaks Bed and Breakfast. Burr Oaks is tucked into a hillside overlooking a secluded valley with twenty two acres of serene, pastoral beauty. Walk down the terraced steps to the meadow where there are chairs and tables for guests to be at ease to read, write letters. It is an 1890 newly renovated farmhouse, which retains much of its quaint old fashioned charm. This beautiful old home is air conditioned and offers two elegant rooms with shared bath. Guests can enjoy the full breakfast served every morning and afternoon tea and coffee in the common sitting room while mingling with other guests. Take a stroll through the gardens or sit by the fireplace relaxing after a adventurous day. The house also has 24/hour security with the innkeeper on premise.
