This circa 1898 inn has a wonderful beach view and five luxurious king and queen rooms that invite guests to rest and relax. Savannah Beach Inn is located in the Fort Screven National Historic District and once housed an officer and his family. The inn is situated on a bluff that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. It features a huge wrap around porch, ornate tin ceilings, five fireplaces, and a uniquely designed period kitchen that is a favorite gathering place for guests. The inn offers continental plus breakfast, that can be served in bed on request, and is served every morning and later on in the day, a wine reception is offered. There are also places for guests to mingle including a common library, sitting room, and some gardens to stroll through to get some fresh air.
