There is a security deposit of $200 collected at the time of check in. This deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the unit. A 24 hour check in desk is located in the lobby of the Pelican Building. PLEASE NOTE: Pelican Beach Resort does not rent to students or singles under age 25, unless they are accommpanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. They reserve the right to deny accommodations if the number of people under age 25 is disproportionate to parental supervision. One parent or legal guardian per two children under 25 years of age is required. After registering, parents and/or guardians must remain with all underage youths for the duration of the stay. Parents are expected to provide supervision of their children. Special registration policies are in effect. All youths under the age of 25 years will be issued colored wristbands at time of registration which must be worn throughout the stay. Access to the Resort will be restricted to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted.
