When not traveling with parents or a legal guardian, all occupants of a guest room must be at least 18 years of age and present a photo I.D. at check in. A $250 Damage Deposit may be required at check in, this will be refunded pending a satisfactory room inspection at check out.
No RV's, semis, trailers or boats may be parked on the property. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per guest room or suite.
