Property Description

Cabana Gardens B & B was built in 1995 and is Rehoboth Beach's newest luxury guesthouse. Cabana Gardens features an in ground, heated swimming pool and three levels of plant filled decks, including the enormous rooftop deck. Just off the rooftop deck is a shared kitchen area for guests that contains a microwave oven for warming foods, but no real cooking is allowed. Refrigerator space, ice, paper plates, utensils, cups, and napkins are also available. Cabana Gardens has three reception rooms that provide informal gathering places for socializing with other guests, watching TV, or just hanging out. One reception room has a cozy fireplace and is very popular during the chilly off season months. Another reception room doubles as a dining area where breakfast is available from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Breakfast is a selection of fresh fruit in season, juice, coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries. The Florida room overlooks the gardens and fishpond and is the reception area where most guests gather for breakfast.
